Bio

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am excited to work with a wide array of clients. I graduated with honors in 2023 from NSU with my Master’s of Science in Counseling with emphasis in both clinical counseling and substance and addiction counseling. I completed a year of internship at the detention center in the Tulsa Family Center of Juvenile Justice.

My theoretical orientation is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and practice from a Humanistic approach, letting the client control the pace of the session and where it may take us.

I am compassionate towards Individuals who struggle with substance abuse and their families. I am a LGBTQIA+ ally and strive to create a safe and welcoming environment. I enjoy working through the lens of outlining an individual's identity through values and find this beneficial for teens and young adults.

Asking for help is never easy, but I will be honored to listen and support you through your journey.
