Bio
I am a licensed professional counselor candidate who enjoys working with both children and adults facing mental health challenges. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma – Tulsa. Before pursuing my career in counseling, I spent many years in medical device sales, where I discovered my true passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships. I completed my internship at Family and Children's Services, where I worked in a community mental health setting with adults.
My counseling approach is integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I use these tools to craft a personalized plan for each client, addressing their unique needs and challenges. More than just a counselor, I am committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and develop the tools they need to navigate life's challenges.
My ultimate goal is to guide clients toward discovering their own capacity for growth and resilience — helping them find greater purpose, meaning, and joy in their lives.
