I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who enjoys partnering with my clients to process their experiences, navigate the challenges of life and achieve their goals in a setting of support and compassion. I have over 20 years of social work experience in healthcare involving case management and counseling with clients of varied backgrounds and life stages from young adults to senior adults. I am inspired by my clients’ willingness to be vulnerable and their courage to take steps toward positive change. Within my practice, I am respectful of the spiritual beliefs of individuals and comfortable integrating them in therapy if sought.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, friends and our sweet pup and kitty. I also enjoy traveling, any road trip, but especially to the mountains.
