Tiara holds licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor, has experience as a

clinical director of an outpatient mental health agency, and certified as a continuing education coordinator for Oklahoma Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Case Managers, and Peer Recovery Support Specialists. As a clinician Tiara facilitates trauma-informed healing that centers on the strength and resilience of individuals and communities impacted by systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma. Tiara's work integrates evidence-based mental health practices with culturally responsive care, emphasizing the importance of understanding people within their broader social, historical, and environmental contexts. Tiara helped clients reconnect with their inherent strengths and build sustainable coping strategies through an approach rooted in compassion, empowerment, and community healing. Whether through direct therapeutic support, group facilitation, or systemic advocacy, my goal is to create safe, affirming spaces where healing is possible, and resilience can thrive. Tiara brings 14 years of professional experience working with diverse populations in

the fields of mental health and drug court, child welfare, co-occurring disorders, juvenile

probation, addiction recovery, holistic wellness, crisis intervention and stabilization, suicide

prevention, domestic violence intervention, and school-based mental health. Tiara has a

passion for working with people and empowering the quality of life for others.
