Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
Time is flying by, and as 2025 winds down, there is so much to celebrate. Some moments this year have felt almost unreal—in all the best ways.
As I mentioned last month, we became first-time grandparents! Our daughter Maggie and her husband Ryan welcomed their first child, Rory Faye Robinson, on November 7th. I am completely in awe of all three of them. Rory is already riding bikes without training wheels and learning guitar on a miniature acoustic—clearly a bit ahead of the bell curve. I fully expect her to be reading Tolkien in a few months.
All jokes aside, one thing I know for sure is this: this little girl is going to change everything. That’s what happens in families. It’s a miracle, plain and simple.
Encouragement for dealing with holiday stress
"My biggest tip for family stressors during holidays is to slow down, breathe, and accept the reality of your holiday situation.
I promote the “both hands open” approach which means on one hand, to accept what is, even the bad news. Accept the relationships for what they are, or the status of this holiday season for what it is. On the other hand, remember and elevate the truth of the moment that is helpful and good.
If we accept the truth and take the time to acknowledge both the reality we aren’t thrilled about, and the things that give us gratitude, we are more oriented to face it with strength. This is a good way to not let stress get the best of us during the holidays, but instead to give it a nod, and continue on, putting our most important values first."

New team members!
On the GPS front, as the year wraps up, we realized we hired eight new team members in just the last couple of months. They are exceptional people, and we’re genuinely excited to see clients healing and growing with them across our various locations.
You can learn more about each of them by checking out our Team page.
If you—or someone you love—are looking for support and see a potential fit, please don't hesitate to reach out. Right now, they all have some availability (which won’t last long), so feel free to call or email our office to get started. All of our Tulsa-area locations will benefit from these new teammates—we’ve got you covered.
Owasso office update!
We’re thrilled to share that in January we’ll be moving into a new Owasso location with six brand-new therapy rooms! Our team there is fantastic, and with the addition of new clinicians, they’re ready and eager to welcome new clients. We serve all ages and address a wide range of concerns related to relationships, mental health, healing, and personal growth. The new space will be just off 86th Street North (address coming soon), and you’ll be hearing more about it—and our Owasso team—on social media in the months ahead.
2025 has been our largest year yet, bar none. We now have more than 30 team members united around a shared mission: helping people experience healing and growth through relational mental health therapy. I am so proud of this team.
Please let me know personally how we can serve you better. We are here to help.
Here’s to a great 2026.
- Chris
